Pondhill Processing is a State Inspected meat processing plant. We adhere to strict guidelines for sanitation procedures and our plant is HACCP certified.
We butcher both beef and pork every Wednesday. (We also have pork & beef for sale.) You must schedule your animals for butchering. We have limited number of spaces each week. Animal pick up is available for beef and pork (all pick ups have an additional charge). All products are kept separate in their own boxes when completed and ready for pick up.
WE ALSO SELL BEEF by the 1/4, 1/2, or whole for $2.99 per lb or PORK by the 1/2 or whole for $1.99 per lb. (hanging weight)
We accept cleaned boneless venison year round. We also guarantee you will get your own meat back with the highest quality possible (we add lean pork and beef trimmings), we can custom smoke your homemade sausage too! We do not use liquid smoke, only all natural cherry and hardwood smoke! We also smoke fish, chickens, turkeys, etc.

Beef butchering is $55.00 per animal. Processing is $0.54/lb. (paper wrapped) on the dressed weight (before cutting) for whole, half, split half, front qtr., and hind qtr. orders. If vacuum sealing is requested the processing is $0.60/lb. Hamburger patties are $0.25/lb. There will be $0.03/lb. extra if you want 1 per pkg. Any smoking is an additional $0.75/lb. (includes slicing and sealing). Additional charges apply for any sausage products made from trimmings. All beef hang for 7-10 days. Please call, fax, or e-mail cutting instructions.
Pork butchering is $45.00 per animal. Processing is $0.54/lb. (paper wrapped) on the dressed weight (before cutting) for whole or half orders. If vacuum sealing is requested the processing is $0.60/lb).There will be $0.03/lb. extra if you want 1 per pkg. Any smoking is an additional $0.75/lb. (includes slicing and sealing). Additional charges apply for any sausage products made from trimmings. Pork is cut on Fridays. All fresh pork cuts are paper wrapped and frozen that Friday. Any smoked product from your pork will require additional process time and we would call when order is complete. Please call, fax, or e-mail cutting instructions.
Lamb or Goat butchering is $50.00 per animal (paper wrapped or out whole) or $60.00 per animal (vacuum sealed), price includes freezing. If you would like the hide back it's an additional $5.00 per animal. Additional charges will apply for any smoking or processed products.

Please schedule all animals for butchering due to limited space available. To schedule your animal for butchering or to inquire about having us purchase an animal for you, please call us at (715)253-2491. Once your animal is scheduled, please complete a cutting slip or call your instructions in. CANCELLATIONS: Please call as soon as possible when canceling or rescheduling an animal.

Custom smoking is any meat brought in by customer that is not butchered by us. All custom smoking is processed and labeled NOT FOR SALE. We accept boneless meat year round. We also smoke fish, wild turkeys, etc.
